We'll keep trying

They look less than thrilled, because it turns out that this particular storm is not composed of those soft, fluffy magical snowflakes we think of when you hear "Winter Wonderland". More like tiny, icy pellets driven by a cold wind whipped off the water...we'll try to go out tomorrow, when the snow has stopped falling. Jack also clearly does not appreciate being stuffed into many layers of outerwear-- he pretty much refused to try holding on to the handlebars with his mittened hands.

We took them for a swift ride down the block and around the park before heading right back inside. Here they stop for a moment to pose with Crystal, our wonderful employee who turns out to have an amazing rapport with the boys. She is calm, quiet, patient and very low-key...they relate to her easily and we actually walked the two blocks to Hand/Made for a dinner out while she settled the babies to sleep. It was amazing.

Oh, and top pic is a random squirrel perched in a park tree eating crabapples. Thought it was cute.
