Sorry the posts have been delayed a bit lately! We've had a busy summer, and I'll get around to posting lots of pics of various fun summer activities. For now, here's a recap of this past weekend, which gave us (hopefully, hopefully) the last of the hot weather for a while. Friday afternoon we hung around the playroom, being silly together. On Saturday, the boys had lots of fun in the Pier 6 sprinkler area -- they got just a teensy bit wet. On Sunday, we hosted 4 year old Amaelia and her baby brother, Braham, along with our little friend, Alex. The boys were very interested in the baby, who had just started crawling around, and they were nicely gentle with him. They were super-impressed with Amaelia, who could color an awesome picture and ride the scooter lightning-fast, along with putting on an enthusiastic puppet show. She was gracious enough to play with a bunch of two year old boys, and at one point, everyone joined in a rousing bell-ringing session -- pretty cute! Even baby Braham held his little bell (but he mostly just chewed on it.)
