On Saturday mornings, while Deb has softball practice nearby, we often head to one of the playgrounds in Prospect Park. Here, both boys have found leaves and are trying to get them wet in the sprinkler...Aidan is a little leery of sprinklers and stands at a safe distance, while Jack loves water in motion. He often gets soaked while investigating all the interesting ways water runs, falls, flows. Aidan loves the swings at any playground, and would swing for hours if I would just continue to push him (Jack seems to get a bit of motion sickness, so we move on after 15 mins or so). And they both love the sandbox...the three of us always seem to be sandy at the end of any playground day.
