Well, at least they're using it...

As part of our new plan to babyproof the tiny Brooklyn kitchen as much as possible, I got the boys a fun distraction - a magnetized animal matching game from Leap Frog. Jack woke early from their afternoon nap, so he got to play with it first. The concept is that they'll have lots of fun matching and mismatching the musical animals stuck to the fridge, giving me time to work in the kitchen while keeping an eye on them. Hmmmm. So far they've enjoyed chewing the pieces, banging them loudly together or on different kitchen surfaces, and scattering all the pieces onto the floor to play "floor hockey" with them.
