We went back the next day to have more fun...this time, we spent a while in the water area, complete with mini river (sorry, no pics of that, but it's really neat), fountains, water wheels, etc. It was so lovely...I saw plenty of happy parents with their shoes off splashing around beside their toddlers. Where were these high-concept playgrounds when I was a child? Guess it was just called "nature" back then...
This time Jennifer came along to help me keep track of the little guys...she's a new employee who also will work with me two mornings a week. The boys really like her, and she's wonderful with them. After getting properly soaked, we headed back to Sand Village. Here you see Jack sitting on the chicken statue. He climbed up and quietly sat there for a few minutes on Monday and again on Tuesday...he really likes the chicken.
